A PROCUREMENT ADVANTAGE NO COMPETITOR HOLDS
Government agencies, school districts, and healthcare systems share a challenge: a mandate to protect people, a procurement process built for construction projects, and a budget that fits neither. We’re a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business certified by the SBA, combined with Clear-Armor’s exclusive patent position, that creates a sole-source procurement advantage no competitor can replicate.
SDVOSB certification qualifies Victus Defense for set-aside contracts and sole-source awards, no full and open competition required. Clear-Armor’s patent exclusivity strengthens every sole-source justification. Documentation is ready.
SAM.gov registered and active. UEI NETHNAMLSDY7 · CAGE 182U8. All contractor credentials are current, procurement can begin immediately, no administrative delays.
We actively help clients identify and apply for DHS, DOJ, COPS, FEMA, and state security grant programs, converting budget constraints into funded, deployed protection.
K-12 School Districts
The Summer Window
In school attacks, the most common breach point is glass, entry doors, sidelights, and ground-floor windows. Summer break is the one time of year a district can harden every one of those openings without disrupting a single class day.
Clear-Armor installs with no permits, no demolition, and no glass replacement. A certified crew can complete an entire campus over break, and the building stays fully usable the whole time. Districts that scope in spring install in June and open in August protected.
When comparing products, ask every vendor for forced-entry test data (ASTM F1233 is the benchmark protocol) and ballistic certification. Clear-Armor is independently certified to NIJ Level IIIA and tested to UL 752, with full documentation available for board review and grant submittals.
You know your buildings and your breach points better than anyone. We scope opening by opening with your team, your input drives the priority list, and there is no plywood-over-broken-glass phase, the glass itself becomes the barrier.
A defensible decision: an independently tested product, an SDVOSB procurement path with sole-source potential, and COPS SVPP grant funding of up to $500,000 per award. SVPP’s three-year performance window fits multiple summer installation cycles.
Start with a no-cost assessment this spring and your district can be grant-ready before the summer window opens. See funding paths →
